All living things are made of cells. What might be a major difference between cells that are found in human skin and human nerve cells?
1.ORDINARY CELL 2.NERVE CELL
1.Ordinary cells are confined to all the body parts except nervous system.
2.Neuron or Nerve cell belongs to the only nervous system of the human body.
PARTS
1.Each cell has three principal parts called plasma membrane, cytoplasm and nucleus.
2.Each nerve cell has three main parts namely, Cyton, Axon and Dendrites.
COLOUR
1.Different tissue in various organs possess different colours.
2.Cell body or Cyton is grey in colour and Axon is white in colour.
USES
1.Cells help in the functioning of organs in organ system of the human body.
2.Nerve cells help in carrying sensations to the brain and spinal cord.
NEW CELL
1.Once the cell is dead or destroyed, new cell generates in the place of dead or destroyed one.
2.Once the cell is destroyed, the new cell is not generated in the place of dead one.
NUCLEUS
1.Function, location, growth and formation decides the presence of nucleus in the cell.
2.All nerve cells consists of prominent nucleus in them.
OTHERS
1.Each nerve cell ends with nerve terminal which connects another neuron or nerve cell.
2.Function, location, growth and formation decides presence of nucleus.
